All goods supplied by d'Crouza Products are new and are shipped without damage (unless expressly stated on the invoice). Goods should only be accepted by the purchaser if they arrive in good order. By accepting delivery, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed that the item has arrived in good order.
If the purchaser is not fully satisfied with any item supplied by d'Crouza Products the purchase price will be refunded in full, provided the goods are returned in original condition with a postmark dated fourteen (14) days from the date of dispatch. The purchaser is responsible to meet the cost of return freight.
Further, all goods supplied by d'Crouza Products are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of dispatch. Faulty goods should be returned to d'Crouza Products and, at our discretion, will be repaired, replaced or a refund given. Again, the purchaser is responsible to meet the cost of return freight.
Deliveries will only be made to Australian addresses.
